HOW TO USE
Step 1: Select Your Color.
Choose a shade that is close to, but slightly deeper than, your natural lip color or the lipstick or gloss you plan to layer it with.
Step 2: Outline.
Use the precision dome tip to outline your lips slightly beyond their natural shape.
Step 3: Enhance.
